PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your treatment. We can’t keep others waiting for their treatment, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting. We do understand that from time to time traffic or other incidents may effect you but please let us know by phone.
12-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As an independent New Zealand-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our 12 hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.
Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional staff.
You will receive a reminder call 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 12 hours, one of the following may be implemented:
You will forfeit your deposit
You will be invoiced a $50 missed appointment fee (on the second no show appointment)
A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package.
you will be required to prepay a 50% deposit for all future appointments.
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals. Pre-pays have an 18 month expiry date. 12 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 12 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
POOR RESULTS FROM OTHER CLINICS – 10% OFF
If any person who has received a poor tattoo removal result from another clinic we offer 10% off their first treatment.
We will need to know what tattoo removal system was previously used, how many treatments, must be a new customer.
This offer can be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion. Not to be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to determine if the customer is suitable for the treatment.
We offer $20 off your next treatment price if you have referred a customer to us and they have booked and attended their first appointment.
